Listen, we’re no legal experts, but here’s what we have gleaned so far:
Involuntary means another entity/individual has filed a petition against Proton, presumably due to unpaid debts
Chapter 11 bankruptcy allows a business to continue to operate
The creditors who filed the petition appear to be in the construction industry (Proton recently completed a new facility in their home state of Arizona, where the bankruptcy was filed)
There’s a loooooottta stucco on this Proton HQ… that’s all we’re sayin….
